我公司可根据客户的走砖规格,设计形式多样的窑炉传动件,本公司传动目前主要采用斜齿轮传动,辊距可在 22/27.5/29.5~140mm之间任意选择;动力输入介质主要有链条传动与齿轮箱传动。
本司传动主要有如下特点:1.动力输入主要有两种形式:一是齿轮箱传入式:该形式传动效率高、传动比恒定、运行寿命长、工作可靠性高、安装维护方便、适用的圆周速度和功率范围大,且箱体齿轮全部采用铬钢增加使用寿命。二是链轮传入式:链轮传入式主要体现在成本低、安装更换容易,中心距可以做较大,但链轮形式一般只局限大辑距,小辊距不建议使用链轮传动,窑炉传动所使用的电机为敏捷牌窑炉专用硬齿面齿轮减速机;
2.可根据客户实际产品需要设计成差速与不差速,分级变速等多种形式传动,差速传动所选用的配对齿轮经过精心设计差速变化小,实现微差速传动;所有齿轮均采用铬钢材质(20CrMnTi)齿轮硬度可达 HRC58~62大大增加耐磨性;3.本司传动用芯轴单孔座目前除 22/27.5 辊距采用双孔座外所有提距均采用单孔座形式,且角钢加工定位凸台,与单孔座之间形成键连接定位;此形式综合了多孔座与单孔座的优点,即固定性好便于安装,且维修方便成本小,另外单孔座轴承孔采用专机一次性装夹加工,定位加工精度高。轮的高度耐磨。
