化浆球配套间歌球工艺描述:
1.喂料机按粘土类原料配方送料:

3.水箱及水玻璃箱分AB简轮流供料:
4.化浆球磨机型号OHU36150,生产能力≥70t/h;
5.化浆料送往球磨平台上的浆液储存罐暂存,与水及瘠性料一同加入间歌球磨机完成装瞳:
6.两端轴承座支撑配套皮带传动可提高球磨转速从而调高化浆效率。
Slurry bal supporting batch bal process description:
1. The feeder feeds according to the formula of day raw materials;
2. The feeder is equipped with load bearing sensor and weight display, weight loss alam;
3. The water tank and water glass box are divided into AB cylinders to feed in turn;
4. Pup ball mill model QH36150,production capadity ≥70t/h;
5. The stury is sent to the slurry storage tank on the ball mill platform for temporary storage, and is added to the intermittent ball miltoge ther with water and poar materials to complete the tank filling;
6. The belt dirive supported by the bearing seat at both ends can improve the grinding speed so as to increase the slurry efficiency.
