连续式硅酸锆制浆系统是我司基于陶瓷用全连续式球磨机系统的工艺原理之上研发的新型制浆系统,用于错英砂从原料颗粒到浆料的超细研磨,成品锆英砂的浆料细度一般D50<0.92μm,该细度在10000目以下。传统的间歌球工艺一般分为二段磨,总球磨时间约需40-50h,球磨时间长中间还需放浆、入浆,效率低下,球磨内温度高、压力大,对于操作工人来说有着较大的安全隐患。连续式硅酸锆制浆系统包含连续式球磨机、喂料仓、电子皮带秤、球石添加机、加水装置、润滑系统、流量计、浆池、浆料输送、系统控制系统、数据中心等,各设备问通过控制系统联动控制,且能实现智能化、自动化生产,基本实现现场无人操作。
Continuous zirconium siicate pulping system is a new type of pulping system developed by our company based on the process
principle of full continuous ball mill systom for coramics. It is used for ultrafine grinding of zircon sand from raw material particles
to slurry. The slurry fineness of the finished zircon sand is ganerally 050≤0.92pm, and the fineness is below 10,000 mesh.The tradi-
tional intermitient ball process is generally divided into two s tages of grinding, the total grinding time is about 40=50h, the ball grind-
ing time is long, and the middle needs to discharge and enter the pulp, which is ineffcient, the temporature in the ball mill is high.

continuous ball mill, feeding bin, electronic belt scale, ball stone adding machine, water adding device, lubricati on system, flow meter,
slurry tank, slurry canveying, system cantral system, data center, etc, each equipment is controlled by the contral system, and can
realize intelligent and automated production, banically realize an-si te unmanned operatian.

1 连续式硅酸锆制浆系统最大的优点是球磨机内没有高压现象,不会出现喷浆伤人的情况,无需人工放浆,大大提高工人的操作安全性。
