间歌式球磨机主要用于陶瓷原料的混合与细磨，是陶瓷行业粉料制成的必要设备,规格涵盖了从0.05 吨的小容量试验用球磨机至60吨的大容量生产用球磨机，传动方式包括皮带传动和硬齿而减速机传动两种,结构形式上8吨以下球磨机采用机架整体式，8吨及其以上球磨机安装于水泥基础上,采用简体机架分体式,我司球磨机具有效率高、能耗低、产量大,质量好,操作维护方便,运转平稳等优点。

for the production of ceramic pawder in the industry. The specifcations caver from a small capacity test bal mill with a capacity of
0.05 tons to a large capacity production ball mill with a capacity of 60 tons. The transmissian methods indude belt transmission
and hard tooth reducer transmission. In terms of structural form, ball mills with a capacity of less than 8 tons are equipped with
a frame integral structure, while ball mills with a capacity of more than 8 tons are installed on a cement foundation using a
separate ball mill cylinder and frame. Our ball mil has the advantages of high efficiency, low energy consumption, large output,
good quality, convenient operation and maintenance, and smooth operation。

4.两端封头焊后用大型退火炉进行退火处理,消除焊接应力,保证使用寿命;
5.轴头进行无损探伤,租车后进行正火处理,消除锻压应力,强度更好,保证使用寿命;
6.可采用硬齿面减速机方案，传动效率高、噪音小、节省能耗;配备独家的减速机轴承间隙的调整技术(专利号:201020685450.6)使用寿命更长。
